Mission Statement:

The Central Arkansas Fermenters are a group of home brew beer and wine makers dedicated to the age old art of fermenting. 

Our goal:  to learn from each other, enjoy tasting fine beer and wines, and promote responsible drinking.

Meetings:

As a rule the Central Arkansas Fermenters meet the Second Thursday of each month unless moved to a special event day.
